The Mission That Drives Us

In the heart of Kenya, thousands of children face unimaginable hardship—orphaned, hungry, and without shelter. The Rory and Sully Project was founded with a single, unwavering purpose: to provide these children with safe homes, nutritious meals, quality education, and the love they deserve.

We don't just build orphanages; we build futures. By partnering with local communities, we create sustainable solutions that empower entire villages and break the cycle of poverty for generations to come.

From Childhood Dream to Global Impact

"Rory and Sully was first visualized when I was a little girl in Farmington, New Mexico. My childhood friend Ellyn and I made a drawing of an orphanage we were one day going to open. That dream stayed with me through the years.

On Christmas Day 2020, I made my first trip to Kenya and saw something that broke my heart—over 3.5 million orphans in Nairobi alone, with 20% not surviving to age five. When Pastor Eric showed me a piece of property, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was identical to the drawing Ellyn and I had made decades ago. In that moment, I knew God was calling me to make our childhood promise a reality."
